At PIZZASTEEL.UK we accept payment by these major credit/debit cards: VISA, VISA Electron and MasterCard.
Your account will not be charged until your purchase is ready for shipment.
PIZZASTEEL.UK encrypts your information through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The payment process is handled by Shopify, with state of the art encryption. You are guaranteed the highest online security available.
PIZZASTEEL.UK will ship orders received before 1 pm on workdays. Orders received after 1 pm or during weekends/holidays will be shipped the following workday.
Non-collected package/refused package
If you enter a wrong/faulty address, or if you neglect to receive/accept the parcel from HERMES, you will be charged £7 to cover HERMES "return to sender" costs. The remaining amount (your initial payment minus the "return to sender" charge) will be paid to you within 14 days to the account used for the initial transaction.
As a standard, all products sold in our shop come with a 2-year warranty. The Pizza Steel comes with an extended anti-break warranty (+ 7 years), to a total of 10 years from the date you receive the product, meaning that if The Pizza Steel should break within 10 years from the day you receive your parcel, we will send you a new one. Remember to always follow our maintenance guidelines or your warranty will be void. If you experience issues with your product, it is important that you contact us here.
Complaints and product returns
If you experience problems with, or wish to return your purchases, please contact us through email. Do not return the parcel without contacting us first.
Rights of regret
Being a private person, according to EU law you have a right to regret your purchase within 14 days. We have increased this (+16) to a total of 30 days from the date of delivery. If you want to use your rights of regret, you must send a message to us, preferably here or by email. Thereafter, we will consider whether or not you satisfy the prerequisites which are needed for applying rights of regret. If so, you will receive an answer from us by email with details about how to return the product. Please observe that you must follow our recommendations concerning packaging etc. Please also observe that you are responsible for the product until it is handed in at your local HERMES Parcel Shop. Be sure to get a receipt from the Hermes Parcel Shop when returning your parcel. After receiving the returned product, the purchase price will be refunded to you within 14 days counted from the day we receive the returned package, provided that the product is returned unused and in undamaged condition.
Both parties shall be relieved from satisfying this agreement, if its fulfillment is precluded, or essentially disabled by circumstances beyond their control or circumstances which could not reasonably be foreseen. The following and similar circumstances shall constitute reasons for relief, provided they hinder or aggravate fulfillment of the agreement: fire disaster, war, mobilisation, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, common scarceness of goods, deficit in means of transportation, strike, lock-out, deficits in driving means, and errors or delays caused by sub-contractor because of circumstance, mentioned in this paragraph, or other circumstance, which the parties could not possibly control, which either prevents or aggravates the parties’ fulfillment in such a manner that it could not be done other than to an unreasonably high cost.
Dispute and law
These purchasing conditions are governed by UK Law.
PIZZASTEEL.UK understands and respects the importance of maintaining your privacy on the internet. PIZZASTEEL.UK will never reveal information about customers to any third party, unless it is crucial for implementing a transaction. For your security we use the services of Shopify payments, to serve as the gateway between us and your bank. PIZZASTEEL.UK will never sell or pass on your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal data to any third party without your prior consent.
